— Waldwick High School (Bergen County, N.J.) defeated Sussex County Technical School in girls varsity basketball on Saturday, January 6, 2018. The final score was 56-35. The game was played at Sussex CountyTechnical School in Sparta Township, New Jersey.

Jessica Turner scored a game-high 26 points for Waldwick. Lauren Toolen contributed 11 points. Kelly Griffin scored 9 points.

Sussex Tech's Marissa Munoz scored a team-high fourteen points. Lindsey Kopf scored seven points and grabbed eight rebounds. Brooke Munoz scored six points and grabbed twelve rebounds.

Team records: Sussex Tech Mustangs 1-6. Waldwick Warriors 4-3.
