— Gather your spell books, robes, and wands: your owl has arrived to invite you to the hottest pop-up Harry Potter-themed party in the country, landing at the Stanhope House on Oct. 19.

Wizardfest brings the magic of Harry Potter’s world to life, allowing witches and wizards, squibs and muggles alike to come together to celebrate the books and movies that have shaped recent generations.

Magical tunes and an out-of-this-world light show allow you to dance the night away, but this epic event includes much more than just dancing. This once-in-a-lifetime party includes Harry Potter trivia, costume contest, and a Quidditch water pong competition, in which contestants compete for cash prizes and HP swag. Themed drink specials may include Butterbeer, Fire Whisky, Polyjuice Potion, and Unicorn Blood. Organizers may just have a few more surprises up their sleeves, as well.

Wizardfest tickets start at $15 in advance with options for early access, custom wands, goodie bags, and more. Tickets are available at stanhopehousenj.com. Get your tickets soon. Several tour stops sold out early last year.

Stanhope House, at 45 Main St. in Stanhope, has been a live music staple since the 1970s.
